WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS? We accept all major credit cards (3% service fee is applied to credit card use). Along with direct payments on Venmo, Apple Pay, & Zelle.  ​

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY? All deliveries must have a $20 minimum to qualify for free delivery otherwise a $5 delivery fee will be applied to order. We delivery every Tuesday and Friday for most orders unless a special arrangement has been discussed.​ The farm is open for pick up with a scheduled appointment.  

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? Please notify the farm right away to changes before we harvest and we will try to accommodate.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You may cancel your order 24 hours after order is placed.​

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? Our microgreens are grown with care and passion, and we pride ourselves in offering the freshest, highest quality microgreens available. As a result of their perishable nature, we are not able to offer full refunds for any products once they leave our delivery person’s hands. However, we value our customers and their satisfaction, so we are always willing to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Thistle Dew's mission is to bring fresh, delicious microgreens to your kitchen table. We strive to provide our customers with only the highest quality and sustainable microgreens, all grown with care and attention to detail. Our team is here to help you with any concerns you may have. While we don't offer returns, we're happy to exchange products of equal or lesser value if you have any issues.
